me frying fish








This is supper yummy. I used 2 handfuls of besan (chickpea flour), 1 handful of rice flour, 1 pinch of pink salt, 1 pinch of anar dana ( pomegranate seeds), 1 pinch of Suka dania ( coriander seeds), 1/4 cup of water to form a thick batter stirring as I go, 1 pinch of  red chili powder and 1 pinch of turmeric powder. I mixed some more and added 1/4 cup of vegetable oil in cast iron and fried. Make sure you have a hot skillet first.
